Having access to Urgent Vet today was such a relief! Dr. Neumann and her staff were so kind and careful with my 20 year old cat having a scary health issue on a Sunday! I was amazed to be able to make an appointment and we were seen on arrival. The tech was so gentle she wasn’t really frightened like she usually is at the vet! Tests were done and results explained, prescriptions given and notes for follow up care. Highly recommended!

Eight questions about the habits of Dog, the problem with the dog or with the animal mind a dog male schnauzer, asking me questions on my way to feed them treating them then they start to examine they started from the mouth all way to the rectum unfortunately at 104.2 fever which they gave antibiotics for and of course, Judas financial problems I couldn’t pay a full amount so they were willing to compromise. They’re very thorough in your exam and I will definitely recommend them.

Dr Newman and Priscilla were wonderful with my dog Maui. She had an ear infection and an open cyst and they took care of everything , thoroughly and professionally. I was very at ease with them in charge of care. Highly recommend.

Amazing service. I’ve been going to Boca Delray Animal Hospital for a couple of years now I called on Friday to get my dog in because I knew his ear infection never healed from Boca Delray doing it January 6. They would not let me come because they said they were cleaning. Really!!!! Just lost a great Customer URGENT VET staff was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING Went above and beyond with my crazy standard poodle. I wish they were a traditional vet as well. But I would definitely recommend if you have an emergency definitely bring them there. Plus they do not price gouge you. Thank you again for doing such an amazing job and being so wonderful. Truly appreciate it.

I brought my dog Pixie to UrgentVet in Boca Raton when she was lethargic and vomiting. The staff saw us quickly and provided excellent care. All testing was done on site, and they explained everything clearly, including treatment options and costs, before moving forward. I felt my dog was well cared for and left with medication, clear instructions, and guidance on her continued care.

We now recommend this UrgentVet location to everyone because they are so wonderful! We had a great experience with the staff once after our large old bulldog Moose got into a fight with a raccoon and was pleasantly surprised how affordable an emergency visit was after 5 PM. And when Moose recently passed we had no idea what to do, so I called this vet and they walked me through the next steps. They checked us in over the phone so we could go right to the back once we arrived. Our boy was already gone but the Doctor still did an ultrasound to give us some peace of mind and an answer and let us stay for over an hour saying goodbye. They handled all the services and were so sweet and kind the entire time. They even sent a card with hand written notes from everyone in the office which is such a nice gesture, they’re truly animal people!

My dog maple had to seek immediate care because she had ingested something unknown that caused her to shake and salivate. My boyfriend brought her in to seek care and he said the whole experience with staff and care was excellent. They worked with us for financing options and were extremely nice and patient. They identified the cause pretty quickly because they are experienced. I will definitely be watching her closely as this was an expensive mistake. Nevertheless, they took great care of our puppy! I think the doctors name was Joana my boyfriend said she was very nice and knowledgeable!

Urgent Vet was absolutely wonderful to us last week. My vet could not see us until the next when I told them something was wrong with Jasper, our 18 year old cat. He came in as he always does and I noticed something was wrong. Obviously he was getting on in years, but he was breathing heavy and had a small cut on one of his paws. I thought he might’ve gotten into a fight with another neighborhood cat. I got an appointment online and within 15 minutes we were at Urgent Vet on Glades Road in Boca Raton. I wish I knew the name of the woman who greeted me at the front door. She looked at Jasper and noticed that he was very pale around his lips and took him immediately into the back. Edward came out within a few minutes and told us that they were examining him and showed us into a private room. He was extremely sweet and compassion. Dr Neumann came in within 10 minutes & told us that after examining Jasper and taking his vitals, she noticed bruises under his fur. She then told us that she could run tests & x-rays but she believed there was no need to put him through that and told us Jasper was most likely hit by a car. Once I heard he was in pain I knew we wouldn’t be bringing him home. She was absolutely lovely, caring, compassionate and sympathetic to both my husband and I. We were able to hold him and love on him until his final breath. They didn’t know us, as we never been to their Urgent center before, but they were beyond wonderful during a very difficult and sad time. A few days later we received a Condolence card that was not only hand signed with a personal message from Dr Neumann and Ed, but also Melissa, Pricilla, Stephen & Danielle. I cannot say enough good things about how amazing they were and I am truly grateful for each one of them. I hope you are never in a situation that you need an Urgent Vet visit, but I know if I ever do again, I will without a doubt, use them again. I truly can’t thank them enough.

I truly can’t say enough good things about everyone at Urgent Vet Boca! They took us in right away despite having multiple other critical patients. The vet was so sweet and offered us multiple options for our dog Billy. She reassured us and was so sweet with our nervous boy. The sweetest and kindest staff. Truly so happy and grateful to have found this place for all my pets ❤️ best of all it was so reasonable and they gave us an estimate before any services were performed. Such a great experience!

I would 100% recommend this ER vet! Melissa was incredibly sweet and welcoming, and Dr. G was absolutely amazing... personable, knowledgeable, and truly caring. My situation was a little out of the ordinary, but they treated Rex with so much love, patience, and compassion. The entire team was resourceful, supportive, and went above and beyond to help us through a stressful situation. Thank you so much for your kindness and dedication. You ladies are truly in the right field ❤️
